Political candidates use many ways to get their messages out to the public, including writing letters to the editors of publications in the region in which their constituents reside. These letters endorsing political candidates reach wide audiences and give detailed looks into campaigns and ideas.

As the 2018 election comes closer, Agweek wants to hear from you and is now welcoming political letters and political endorsements. Election-related letters to the editor advocating for or against a candidate, ballot measure or political party now can be easily submitted on our website for a fee of $25 for the first 7 inches and $10 for each inch thereafter.

As with other letters to the editor, political letters must be submitted with the writer's name, address and phone number. (Only the writer's name and city will be published.)

Submitting a political endorsement letter is a great way to endorse candidates and share your opinion on why you choose to support a candidate and his or her causes. To submit a political endorsement letter, click here .

Agweek retains the right to reject any letter that doesn't meet its publishing standards and will decide whether a letter is subject to the fee, at which point the letter writer may decide whether to pay to have it published.
