FARGO, N.D. - The North Dakota Soybean Council has hired Kathy Wiltse as administrative assistant. Wiltse will be based in the NDSC’s Fargo office. She previously was a production assistant for Dakota Monument and worked with the North Dakota Veterans Home in Lisbon for 25 years. Wiltse, a Lisbon native, earned a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University.
