The sheds are used to store sugar beets. The opening is about 25 by 100 feet.
No one was inside at the time, and no one was hurt. Crews are stabilizing the roof and removing the ice.
Plant officials say they aren't planning on moving any of the beets out of the sheds. Officials say any metal debris will be removed before the beets are processed.
