BEMIDJI, Minn. - Allison Snopek Barta, science teacher at Bagley Junior and Senior High School, has been researching and collecting data about pollinator species including butterflies, moths, bees, hummingbirds and bats. She will hold a series of presentations about butterfly pollinators throughout Minnesota. The presentations are:

• "On the Hunt for the North Woods Butterflies" will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. June 18 at Williams Senior Center, 250 Main Street in Williams, Minn. The presentation is part of the Williams Wildflower Route Celebration. Following the presentation, there will be by Wildflower road

• The following are "Might Monarch Butterfly" presentations held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. with a short hike afterwards, weather permitting.

• July 9 at Lake Bronson State Park

• July 16 at Big Bog State Park in Washkish.

• July 23 at Zippel Bay State Park in Baudette.

• July 30 at Lake Bemidji State Park.
