Man mowing ditches dies in rollover crash south of Sioux Falls

TEA, S.D. — A 74-year-old man mowing ditches northwest of Tea in eastern South Dakota died after his tractor rolled onto him Sunday, July 14.

The man was driving a 1930 Minneapolis-Moline tractor along 269th Street eastbound in the north ditch when the rollover occurred, the South Dakota Department of Public Safety said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tea is just south of Sioux Falls.
