FARGO, N.D. - The 46th Annual Northern Ag Expo rolls into the Fargodome Nov. 29 and 30, in Fargo, N.D.

The trade show is sponsored by the North Dakota Agricultural Association, which represents companies selling seed, plant food crop protectants and related equipment. The group holds its annual meeting for members and guests at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 29 at the Fargo Holiday Inn.

The show features 200 exhibiting companies and typically draws 4,000 to 6,000 active dealers and farmers.

The schedule includes educational topics, coordinated in part by Dave Franzen, a North Dakota State University Extension Service soil scientist.

Nov. 29

• 8:30 a.m.: Main floor - Show opens.

• 10 a.m.: Room 201 - New GMO Traits and Herbicide Labeling, including farmer and dealer challenges; Room 202 - Wheat Research Seminar; Room 203 - Alternative Crops Potential: Sunflowers, Peas, Flax, Lentils and Canola; Room 204 - Nitrogen Efficiency for Higher Profit.
