House passes farm bill; legislation now goes to president's desk

Haunted Farm opens its doors for Halloween

MOORHEAD, M.N.—A Moorhead farm is bringing back its chills and thrills for Halloween.

Oct. 5 is opening weekend for the Moorhead Haunted Farm.

WDAY News spoke to the owner who says they've added an extra two areas for people to walk around in.

35 actors in creepy costumes will be running around.

The owner Mel Nygaard says he expects nearly 300 people to come out just for the opening weekend.

He hopes this year's scares will keep them coming back for more.

"We like to have them leaving with 'we'll be back' - and they do come back. Every year we've got some that have been coming for years," said Nygaard.

The Haunted Farm is open Friday and Saturday nights from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. through Halloween.
