The Chartis Group/iVantage has named Jamestown Regional Medical Center among nine Critical Access Hospitals in North Dakota that are all listed among the top 100 in the United States.

The Wednesday announcement said the list recognizes top performing rural hospitals across the country. The top performing hospitals were recognized for patient satisfaction, improving outcomes, fiscal responsibility and excellence in risk management.

The North Dakota Critical Access Hospital honored on the list include Carrington Health Center, Wishek Community Hospital, Linton Hospital in Linton, Pembina County Memorial Hospital in Cavalier, St. Andrew’s Health Center in Bottineau, Sanford Medical Center in Mayville, Towner County Medical Center in Cando and West River Regional Medical Center in Hettinger.
