EMERADO, N.D. - Jared Hagert, a soybean farmer from Emerado, N.D., was re-appointed by U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack to serve another three-year term on the United Soybean Board. Hagert is currently the chairman of USB, and has served on the board since 2010. This will be his final three-year term.
