MOSCOW - Russia's Agriculture Ministry is completing the current programme of grain buying on the domestic market, Interfax news agency reported on Wednesday, citing Pyotr Chekmarev, the head of the ministry's crop growing department.
Speaking to reporters in the Siberian city of Barnaul, he did not say when the last grain tender would be held, nor did he say when grain purchases could be resumed by the state.
