A Dickinson, N.D., man was killed Friday morning in a farm accident, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Kyle Binstock, 29, was traveling in a 2014 Challenger tractor being driven by Justin Binstock, 35, when the tractor left the roadway and entered the south ditch, where it struck a culvert and overturned.
Kyle Binstock was ejected from the tractor and died at the scene.
Justin Binstock was charged with causing death while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a Class A felony.
The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
