HAWLEY, Minn. - The Lee Veterinary Clinic in Hawley, Minn., will be offering a free horse castration clinic September 17 and 18, in conjunction with the Unwanted Horse Coalition. Veterinary students from the University of Minnesota will be performing the procedure with direction of doctors from the clinic and university.
