FARGO - Leaders of the union representing locked-out American Crystal Sugar were barred from presenting what they say is 100,000 petition signatures urging an end to a dispute that has lasted more than 16 months.
Staff of the Fargo Holiday Inn, where Crystal shareholders are meeting, blocked the union members and supporters from entering.
