BISMARCK, N.D. — The North Dakota FFA Foundation has announced Beth Allen as its new executive director. Allen began her new role on Oct. 1.
Allen joined the North Dakota FFA Foundation staff in April 2016 as the fiscal manager. She was appointed to the new position by the nonprofit's Board of Directors and will take over responsibilities from Tommy Winders, who had previously been serving as executive director.
The North Dakota FFA Foundation is a nonprofit support branch for North Dakota FFA. It provides scholarships, financial assistance and sponsorship for FFA activities.
“I am honored to take on this new role for an organization that means so much to me, has been my ‘home’ for the past several years and one that does so much good for North Dakota’s youth,” Allen says. “Thanks to my time spent in the role of fiscal manager, the North Dakota FFA Foundation is an organization I know very well, and I look forward to putting my experience to work immediately as I take on the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in this new role.”
