Grand Forks, N.D. — The International Crop Expo will not be held in 2021, its committee announced on Tuesday, Nov. 17.
The event, which had been scheduled for Feb. 17-18 at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, annually provides a large vendor show and education for soybean, dry bean, potato, and small grain farmers.
Organizers said they decided to cancel to protect the health and safety of vendors, attendees and the community during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. However, the 2022 event already is being planned for Feb. 16-17, 2022.
“Our staff knows how important this event is to the Greater Grand Forks community, and we look forward to welcoming the International Crop Expo event back in 2022,” said Anna Rosburg, general manager of AlerusCenter.
All vendors who had registered and paid will be refunded by the event no later than Dec. 17.
