The North Dakota Department of Agriculture will host a public hearing this week to review the state noxious weeds list.
Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said it's a chance for farmers, ranchers, applicators, landowners and others to offer input on the current list of weeds that are considered harmful to animals or the environment.
State law requires a public review of the list every five years. The last assessment was in January...
