Milk production continues to improve in Wisconsin, where dairy producers increased their output by 2 percent. Most of the 23 major milk-producing states in the nation showed similar gains. Two states had lower production, and Minnesota's output was unchanged at 786 million pounds.
Minnesota ready to assume state’s wolf management again The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced Wednesday it will publish a final delisting rule in the Federal Register on Dec. 28.
