FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota State University Extension Service is warning residents and ranchers to watch out for green or blue-green scum in livestock water supplies, lakes and other recreational waterways.
FARGO, N.D. — David Buchanan, a North Dakota State University professor in the Animal Sciences Department, has agreed to become the associate dean for academic programs in the College of Agriculture, Food Systems and Natural Resources.
The leader of North Dakota State University's Extension Service in Fargo is stepping down. Extension service director Duane Hauck officially retires Dec. 30, will return in January part-time in a 40 percent assignment. A national search for a permanent director is under way.
