BISMARCK, N.D. — The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Red River Basin Commission announced they will allocate $3.63 million in financial assistance through the Agricultural Water Enhancement Program. These funds will be administered by NRCS in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota portions of the Red River Basin.
