CWB has poured concrete for its new grain elevator west of Portage La Prairie in Bloom, Manitoba. The elevator, scheduled to begin receiving grain for the 2015 harvest, features 33,900 metric tons of storage, cleaning facilities and a 134-car loop track to enhance car loading at more than 1,600 metric tons per hour, according to CWB.
