  • Bobbie Kleffman of Grand Rapids made for a dapper photo opportunity.
  • This Bobcat snow sculpture was a show-stopper and won first prize. It was made by Terry Kimball.
  • Clark Anderson of Sebeka drove a sleigh down Hubbard's Main Street.
  • County 20 members, from left, Dale Westby, Dean Westby and Rick Amsberry, put their own spin on the ballad of the Lotta Lee, the steamboat that was to haul harvested crops down the Shell and Crow Wing rivers. The shallow waters proved indomitable, however, and the Lotta Lee did not return.
  • The Governors Fishing Opener decided to advertise the May Park Rapids event with a monster bobber.
  • 'Fur trapper' Joel Maxwell and his dog, Hay Lee, invited guests to a replica of a camp in the late 1700s. He spent the night in a tent and cooked over a fire.
  • Sleighs were pulled by dogs, horses and mules.
  • A standing-room-only crowd at Long Lake Theater took a step back in time ‘to see the future,’ the audience revisiting Hubbard’s historic characters during its ‘Heyday.’
  • Sled dogs were everywhere and offered guests rides.
  • An estimated 600 people arrived in Hubbard Sunday to have some old fashioned fun at the reborn Hubbard Prairie Sleigh Festival.
  • Keith and Sue Swanson of Park Rapids are always the crowd favorite with their mini horses.
