Blueberry blues


This 2009 photo released by Michigan State University's agricultural research center in Allegan County's Saugatuck Township, Mich., shows one of several blueberry plants showing signs of infection with the blueberry shock virus. An outbreak of the disease is forcing scientists to uproot and destroy their four-acre blueberry operation to avoid the danger to the state's nation-leading blueberry industry.
