Dancing

In what has become a 20-year tradition, first grade students in Peg Lindstrom’s class were tutored in international folk dances by Patty Harsha, then displayed their talents before a rapt audience of parents and grandparents. Their repertoire included Hi to You, Mexican Hat Dance, Irish jig, the German clapping dance, Hawaiian hukilau dance, the Italian tarantella, and the Virginia Reel. Students, from left, Autumn Back and Keeton Koskela and Aaron Koca and Anika Campbell trip the light fantastic. (Jean Ruzicka / Enterprise)
