Squash collected for donation

Squash raised on farmland outside Valley City, N.D., is collected to be donated to the Great Plains Food Bank in this 2011 file photo. The produce collected in this effort is part of the more than 770,000 pounds of food organizers say has been collected since the inception of the Hunger Free North Dakota Garden Project.
