Zsolt Foldi, an exchange student from Hungary, is part of the MAST program at the University of Minnesota. A federally funded program MAST seeks students from across the globe to work in the United States in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, and other related fields. Zsolt has already graduated with a Masters degree in agricultural engineering and plans on pursuing his PhD this upcoming spring. He hopes to take the skills he has learned in the United States back home to his family's farm in Hungary. (Luke Franke/Grand Forks Herald)
