The Carrington, N.D., terminal for Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP of Houston is reversing its Cochin Pipeline and is ending deliveries of propane into the region. Meanwhile, propane suppliers are looking to truck and train and are encouraging farmers to increase on-farm storage in the spring and summer.
