Vehicles make their way Thursday morning through the stoplight at Highway 22 and 33rd Street Southwest, just north of Dickinson. Residents in the Kralicek Subdivision near the highway have asked the Stark County Commission to ask the North Dakota Department of Transportation to place signs near the area, telling drivers that all engine and compression brakes are prohibited in that area in order to reduce noise.
