Lance Reister


Lance Reister takes goose jerkey and deer sausage from a smokehouse at Reister Meats. Wild game is all returned to the hunters, and is not sold to the general public. The facility handles 300 to 400 deer in a typical year. (Mikkel Pates, Agweek)
