Hearing held on wind farm proposal
North Dakota regulators are weighing proposed wind turbines on the Griggs County-Steele County line. Florida-based NextEra Energy Resources, which has projects throughout North Dakota, intends to add 120 megawatts to its Ashtabula project north of Valley City.
