N.D. has confirmed swine flu case

North Dakota has its first confirmed case of swine flu. The state Health Department said a suspected case in a Burleigh County woman has been confirmed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as the H1N1 influenza virus, more commonly known as swine flu. North Dakota also has a probable case of the swine flu in a Ward County resident. That case has not yet been confirmed by the CDC.
