Letter to the editor: Invest more into North Dakota infrastructureWe have all heard how the year 2009 will be one to remember and how it is setting records. The year started out with record temperatures, record snowfall, record flooding and now, let us not forget, record road destruction. This year the state Legislature has to do something to deal with disaster assistance in addition to its normal duties. The snow will melt and floodwaters will pass but the devastation on our roads will be a sore reminder of maintenance costs that need to be addressed.
