Area dairy farmers elected to state board

ST. PAUL — Eleven new members have been elected to the Minnesota Dairy Research and Promotion Council board. Board members represent dairy farmers in their district and make decisions regarding the expenditure of dairy check-off funds. They also oversee the promotion council’s activities and serve as advocates for Minnesota’s dairy industry
