Roof panels on sugar beet storage sheds cave in under snow and ice

Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Heavy ice and snow has caused massive roof panels on sugar beet storage sheds to cave in. It happened at the American Crystal Sugar plant in Moorhead.
