Beet truck driver charged with negligent homicide

WAHPETON, N.D. – Cathleen Dean, 52, of Barney faces charges of negligent homicide in connection with a late September accident that killed an 18-year-old Wahpeton woman, WDAY TV News reported Tuesday.
