As a part of the new beef traceback procedures the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service intends to provide more specific instructions to its inspection personnel concerning high event periods that may occur at slaughter establishments that produced source materials for product that have tested positive for E. coli O157:H7.By: Daryll E.
