Family files salmonella suit against Cargill

PORTLAND, Ore. — The family of an Oregon child sickened by salmonella after eating a homemade spaghetti and meatballs dinner filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Cargill, which recalled 36 million pounds of ground turkey amid an outbreak.
