U.S. trade official 'dumbfounded' by GOP boycott

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration's top trade official said Friday he is “dumbfounded” and “shell-shocked” by Senate Republicans who blocked action on three coveted free trade agreements the GOP largely supports.
