Governor signs bill making ladybug ND state insect

BISMARCK, N.D. — North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple (DAL’-rim-puhl) is taking the advice of some Kenmare second grade students. He signed legislation Tuesday that makes the ladybug North Dakota's state insect.
