E15 cleared for older cars

WASHINGTON - Fuel that contains up to 15 percent ethanol is safe for cars and light trucks made since 2001, the Environmental Protection Agency said Jan, 20. The decision won praise from farm and ethanol groups, though the EPA faces lawsuits trying to stop E15 and it is unclear when the fuel might become widely available.
