Pa. prosecutor expects charges in pigs’ deaths

WARFORDSBURG, Pa. — The Fulton County district attorney said Tuesday he expects criminal charges will be filed in the deaths of hundreds of pigs that perished at an abandoned southcentral Pennsylvania farm.
