Tacker convicted of biofuels fraud

ABERDEEN, Miss. — William T. “Tommy” Tacker is scheduled to be sentenced Monday for defrauding the U.S. Department of Agriculture out of $2.8 million in bioenergy subsidy money for a plant in Mississippi.
