Washington reaches settlement on livestock

SPOKANE, Wash. — The state has fined AB Livestock $20,000 for improperly raising 402 head of cattle that were imported from Canada. AB Livestock, which operates a feedlot in Moses Lake, will also reimburse the state Department of Agriculture $15,000 for costs under the deal.
