Johnson introduces SD grasslands wilderness bill

PIERRE, S.D. — A part of the Buffalo Gap National Grasslands in southwestern South Dakota would be designated as a wilderness area under a measure introduced Wednesday by South Dakota Sen. Tim Johnson.
