Boucher seeks to challenge Goehring in N.D. ag commissioner race

State Rep. Merle Boucher, D-Rolette, will seek the North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party’s endorsement Friday to challenge incumbent Doug Goehring in the agriculture commissioner race, he announced Thursday.
