All terrain vehicles banned from ag area ditches until August 1

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reminds riders that Minnesota law prohibits the riding of Class 1 all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) in ditches south of the agriculture line between April 1 and Aug. 1.
