Meatpacking plant in South St. Paul losing 75 jobs

Christina Koliopoulos is a spokeswoman for Stock Yards Meat’s parent company, U.S. Foodservice Corp. in Rosemont, Ill. She says an unspecified number of the jobs will be transferred to Plymouth, while others will be eliminated.
