N.D., Minn., farmers can get money back for building ring dikes

Minnesota and North Dakota farmers will be reimbursed for building and enhancing ring dikes to protect their farmsteads from overland flooding through a program of the United States Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service.
