Bond was set at $50,000 cash Monday for an Andover, Minn. man who was in possession of two knives Friday outside a courtroom at the St. Croix County Government Center. According to the criminal complaint, a psychiatric nurse told authorities the man had told her earlier that morning that he was experiencing "vague homicide thoughts".

In November 2011, the village of North Hudson issued two citations to Randy J. Krongard, claiming he had two junk vehicles in plain sight on his property at 712 Pine St. North.
