Irish lacrosse team will collect for food shelf

The Rosemount High School boys lacrosse team is kicking off its 2013 season by giving back to the community. Starting April 1, members of the Irish team will distribute tagged and labeled grocery bags around the community. They will collect the bags sometime in the week that follows, and on April 6 they will deliver them to the food shelf at the Rosemount Family Resource Center.

In many ways, it is the transition of the vocational school many Rosemount residents remember into a modern two-year institution.
