Units will be opened just prior to the time they are sold & buyers will have approximately 5 minutes to view the items. Auction will last less than 1 hour. Auctioneers reserve the right to sell individual items. Cleanout deposit may be required and contents must be removed by 5pm on Friday June 22, 2012.
